Dr. Edwards is currently President of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. He is also the American Dental Education Association (ADEA)’s associate editor for MedEdPortal, the journal of teaching and learning resources in the health professions published by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
Professor Edwards previously served as the Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology section editor of Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, and Oral Radiology from 2011 through 2018 and Clinicopathologic Conference section editor from 2005 through 2011.
